<p>Penelitian ini berjudul implementasi peranan pendidikan kewirausahaan dalm menumbuhkan sikap wirausaha syari’ah pada siswa menengah kejuruan (Studi kasus di SMK IT Nurul Azka). Implementasi merupakan proses penerapan atau pelaksanaan suatu rencana, ide, atau desain ke dalam praktik nyata. Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar yang dilakukan oleh keluarga, masyarakat, dan pemerintah melalui kegiatan bimbingan, pengajaran, dan/latihan yang berlangsung disekolah dan diluar sekolah sepanjang hayat untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik agar dapat memainkan peranan dalam berbagai lingkungan hidup secara tepat di masa yang akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Melalui studi kasus pada SMK IT Nurul Azka, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai strategi yang digunakan oleh SMK IT Nurul Azka untuk memfasilitasi dan mendorong siswa dalam berwirausaha. Data yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini melibatkan wawanacara dengan guru dan siswa, observasi dan dokumen sebagai bahan yang mendukung dalam melaksanakan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi peran pendidikan kewirausahaan serta kendala dan solusi SMK IT Nurul Azka dalam menumbuhkan sikap wirausaha syari’ah peserta didik. Temuan menunjukan bahwa yang diterapkan mencakup peningkatan kesadaran guru untuk memberikan banyak praktik dan motivasi berwirausaha. Peningkatan kesadaran siswa untuk meminta haknya kepada guru membuat suatu produk atau kerajinan tangan yang mana nantinya bisa untuk dijual dan pasarkan kepada masyarakat atau warga sekolah. Guru dan siswa kurang berkolaborasi dengan teaching factory padahal sangat berpengaruh untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan sikap wirausaha syari’ah peserta didik. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi lembaga pendidikan lain guna untuk mengadopsi pendekatan serupa guna untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan peserta dalam implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan. <p><em>Rapid developments in the world of information and communication technology continue to develop, especially in payment methods, with digital payments being present among students, payments have become instant due to the ease of electronic transactions that can be used anywhere. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents taken by researchers were DIII Nursing students who used the DANA application. The results obtained from this research showed that the level of user satisfaction using the DANA application for 10 students was very helpful in their daily lives. The effectiveness felt by students in using the DANA application is cost savings, very fast processing time, security in terms of transactions because they avoid losing money, avoid counterfeiting money, more transparency, financial bookkeeping that is recorded neatly in the transaction history, and the flexibility that can be carried out. anytime and anywhere.</em></p>Aditya Herlambang

<p><em>Increasing sales is the main goal for every company, including Annisa Clothing Store which is engaged in clothing trading in Cikiwul Village. This research aims to analyze and formulate marketing strategies that can increase sales of the store. The background of this study is driven by declining revenue fluctuations from 2019 to 2023, which indicates an urgent need for evaluation and improvement of marketing strategies. The research method used includes a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as the 4P marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) to formulate the right strategy. The results of the analysis show that the current marketing strategy is not optimal and requires adjustments, especially in terms of promotion and distribution. Recommendations given include increased use of social media,</em> <em>the development of custome r loyalty programs, and collaboration with local communities to expand market reach. This research is expected to provide practical guidance for Annisa Clothing Store in increasing sales as well as contribute to the literature on marketing strategies for small businesses in rural areas. <p><em>This study aims to analyze risk management in BRILink transactions from the perspective of Islamic economics. BRILink, as a digital banking service facilitating transactions through agents, faces various risks that can affect its performance and compliance with Islamic principles such as riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (speculation). This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study at Pelita Store, a BRILink agent in Ciranjang District. Data was collected through interviews with managers, direct observations, and relevant literature studies.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the study show that operational risk, liquidity risk, and Sharia risk are the main types of risks in BRILink transactions. To manage these risks, Pelita Store has implemented various strategies, such as increasing customer education, enhancing transaction monitoring, and ensuring compliance with Sharia banking regulations. <p><em>This research is entitled the impact of traditional market relocation on the income of Block B traders. Impact is a clash, a strong influence that brings both negative and positive consequences. From an economic perspective, impact means the influence of an activity on the economy. In managing market relocation in general, comfort will be created for traders and buyers. In terms of buildings and facilities, such as market cleanliness, it is good and neatly arranged. But it is the layout of the market that is a problem for traders. Therefore, this has an impact on traders and buyers. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of relocation and determine the condition of Block B traders after being relocated to the Cianjur Main market. This thesis uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show the impact of market relocation on traders' income, sales conditions after the market is relocated, and the view of market relocation from an Islamic perspective. The conclusion from this thesis is that market relocation has both negative and positive impacts. The negative impact of this market relocation is that the distance is greater, there are fewer customers, which means the trader's income is reduced. <p>In today's modern era, students tend to prefer things that are instant and practical as a result of the rapid development of technology. One of the impacts is seen in consumption patterns, where students prefer to shop online rather than conventionally. This study aims to determine the Islamic economic view on students' purchasing interest through online shop platforms.</p> <p> </p> <p>This type of research is qualitative field research, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, in accordance with the qualitative descriptive approach.</p> <p> </p> <p>The results of the study showed that most informants, namely students who were interviewed, preferred to shop at online shops because of the various conveniences offered, such as saving time, cheaper prices, and fast and flexible access. Meanwhile, the Islamic economic view states that online transactions are permitted as long as they meet sharia principles, such as the absence of elements of usury, gharar (uncertainty), fraud, and the existence of a clear contract or agreement between the seller and the buyer. <p><em>Economic issues have always attracted the attention of various groups, both individually and collectively. Globalization has introduced new challenges in the business world, including intense competition across various sectors. In Indonesia, the implementation of free trade principles and fair business competition has become a challenge, especially after the New Order era, which had a centralized economic system. Moreover, from an Islamic perspective, trade is considered a noble activity as long as it is conducted honestly and fairly, as prescribed in the Qur'an and hadith. This research focuses on the pricing label marketing strategy used by street vendors in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and how these practices are viewed from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. Based on field findings, some vendors tend to manipulate prices and product quality, which contradicts Islamic principles of honesty and transparency in trade. This study aims to identify the marketing strategies used by the vendors and evaluate them based on Islamic business ethics. <p>Indonesia is a fertile country so it gets the nickname of an agrarian country, so around 50% of the workforce comes from the agricultural sector, so it is not surprising that farming activities are a staple thing that is carried out by most of the Indonesian population, especially in rural areas.</p> <p>This study examines the effectiveness of the practice of farmers' muzara'ah contracts in Bojong Village. The researcher examines the following problems: 1) how is the muzara'ah contract system in bojong in increasing the income of farmers?: 2) what is the level of welfare of farmers in the muzaraah contract in bojong village?.</p> <p>This study aims to analyze the muzaraah contract, a form of agricultural agreement in Islam that involves cooperation between landowners and farmers. In this context, muzaraah has an important role in managing agricultural resources and increasing productivity. The research method used is a qualitative approach with document analysis and interviews with agricultural experts and Islamic law.</p> <p>The results of the study show that the muzaraah contract is regulated in sharia principles that emphasize justice and equality between the parties involved. Some of the aspects raised include the conditions for the validity of the contract, the distribution of results, and potential conflicts that may arise. This study also identifies modern challenges faced by farmers in implementing muzaraah contracts, such as shifting agricultural patterns and the difficulty of farmers to manage excessive land.</p> <p>The conclusion of this study confirms that the muzaraah contract is not only relevant in the agricultural context, but also provides a foundation for sustainable economic development in Muslim society. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (<em>filed research</em>) yaitu penelitian yang berhubungan langsung dengan objek yang diteliti. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan. Bahwa sebagian mahasiswi prodi ekonomi syariah Angkatan 2020-2021 berperilaku konsumtif dalam berbelanja mereka lebih cenderung mementingkan keinginan dalam berpakaian (<em>fashion</em>) dengan trend yang semakin berkembang dari pada kebutuhan untuk mencari kesenangan semata dan sebagian mahasiswi sudah mempertimbangkan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sesuai dengan landasan ekonomi islam, Yang mempengaruhi mahasiswi berperilaku konsumtif adalah faktor psikologis sekaligus merupakan faktor internal yaitu faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri seseorang, yang berpeluang memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan perilaku, Faktor eksternal yang merupakan faktor dari luar individu yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan sikap dan perilaku seseorang, Islam mengajarkan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup hendaklah kebutuhan <em>(needs) </em>lebih mendominasi bukan sekedar kepada keinginan <em>(wants) </em>hendaknya seorang muslim dalam berbelanja secara adil, dalam arti tidak kurang dan tidak berlebihan dari yang semestinya. <p>This research aims to determine the influence of halal labeling and price on the purchase intention of food and beverage products among the students of MA Tanwiriyyah Cianjur. Halal labeling is an important factor for Muslim consumers in ensuring that the products they consume comply with Islamic law, while price is one of the aspects that determine purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach.<br>Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents, who are students of MA Tanwiriyyah Cianjur. The results of the study show that halal labeling has a significant effect on the purchase intention of food and beverage products. This indicates that the clearer the halal label displayed on the product, the higher the students' intention to purchase it. In addition, price also has a significant influence on purchase intention. Products with more affordable prices tend to increase purchase interest among the students. In conclusion, halal labeling and price together have a significant effect on the purchase intention of food and beverage products among the students of MA Tanwiriyyah Cianjur. <p><em>This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) strategies in increasing motorbike sales from a sharia economic perspective. The research method used is qualitative, which focuses on descriptive data from words and behavior. Several steps in this research method include: Observation Literature Study, Interview. Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The research results show that implementing the right STP strategy can increase motorbike sales significantly. Variables that influence the effectiveness of STP strategies, such as demographic, psychographic and behavioral segmentation, as well as product positioning in accordance with sharia values, will be discussed further in this research. <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of students' knowledge on interest in using Islamic banking products at Al-Ittihad Cianjur<br>Islamic Boarding School. One of the problems faced is that most of the students are under 17 years old, so their understanding of the concept and mechanism of Islamic banking is still limited in the midst of the development of conventional banking which is considered more sophisticated and modern, Islamic boarding school institutions such as the Al-Ittihad Islamic Boarding School are expected to be able to strengthen their role in upholding the principles of Islamic banking as part of religious education applied in Islamic boarding schools.<br>This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 92 students as respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire to find out the level of knowledge of students about Islamic banking and their interest in using Islamic banking products. Data analysis was carried out using regression The results of the study show that students' knowledge about Islamic banking has a significant effect on their interest in using these products, even though their understanding is still hampered by their relatively young age.<br>In addition, it was found that although conventional banking is better known for its technology and easier access, Islamic boarding schools have an important role in strengthening students' understanding of Islamic banking values, which are in line with religious principles. <p>Ketepatan pemilihan lokasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan seorang wirausahawan dalam membuka usahanya. Karena lokasi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi volume penjualan usaha, begitu juga dengan usaha jamur krispi yang dikelola oleh sebagian pengusaha di Pondok Pesantren Majlisul Quro Wal Hufadz. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat lokasi usaha sebagai variabel bebas (dengan 4 subvariabel yaitu akses, visibilitas, lingkungan dan persaingan) dan volume penjualan sebagai variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 responden dengan menggunakan metode survei dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi sederhana. <p><em>Zakat maal is one of the essential instruments in Islamic economics, functioning to distribute wealth from those who are capable to those in need. However, public awareness in fulfilling zakat maal obligations remains relatively low in some regions. This research aims to identify effective strategies for increasing public awareness of zakat maal. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the most effective strategies include a continuous religious education approach, the use of social media as an information platform, and collaboration with zakat management institutions. The research results show that the right income level can have an effective impact on student consumption patterns.
