ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENGUMPULAN DAN DISTRIBUSI ZAKAT OLEH UNIT PENGELOLA ZAKAT KEPADA MUSTAHIQ

Zakat, a fundamental pillar of Islam, plays a crucial role in poverty alleviation and economic redistribution. This study examines the effectiveness of zakat collection and distribution by the Unit Pengelola Zakat (UPZ) in Waringinsari Village, Takokak District, Cianjur Regency. The village was selected due to its diverse social and economic characteristics, as well as the challenges it faces in zakat management. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with zakat managers, mustahik (zakat recipients), and the general public. Additional data was gathered through direct observation and document analysis related to zakat management in the village. The findings indicate that zakat collection by UPZ in Waringinsari is effective but faces challenges such as low community participation and lack of transparency in fund management. The distribution of zakat is generally equitable and well-targeted; however, improvements are needed in communication and mustahik mapping. The study concludes that while UPZ’s zakat management in Waringinsari is functioning well, enhancements are necessary to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of zakat collection and distribution. Recommendations include increasing transparency, community participation, and refining zakat distribution strategies.

ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN UMKM DI ERA DIGITAL DALAM SUDUT PANDANG EKONOMI SYARIAH

This research aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Takokak District, Cianjur Regency, and evaluate their conformity with sharia economic principles. The focus of this research involves three main villages, namely Sukagalih Village, Waringinsari Village, and Simpang Village, which have different characteristics and levels of digital technology adoption. Apart from that, this research also explores the role of sharia economics in addressing the challenges and opportunities that arise from the implementation of digital marketing by MSMEs in the sub-district. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, document study, and data triangulation. Data was analyzed descriptively to understand patterns of digital technology adoption, application of sharia economic principles, as well as challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs. The research results show that MSMEs in Takokak District, although they have started to adopt digital technology, still face various obstacles such as limited internet access, lack of technology training, and limited understanding of sharia economics in a digital context. This research underlines the importance of support from local governments and related parties to improve infrastructure, provide technology training, and strengthen understanding of sharia economic principles among MSME players. With the right support, the great potential of MSMEs in Takokak District in developing the local economy can be optimized.

STRATEGI PENDAYAGUNAAN ZAKAT PRODUKTIF DALAM PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN

Zakat is an Islamic instrument that is useful for distributing income and wealth. Productive zakat in Indonesia and developing countries is needed with an aqad or mudharabah system, qarad al-hasan to prevent the poor from usury and empower the mustahik's economy. The research objective is to analyze the strategy and impact of utilizing productive zakat at poverty levels on the economic conditions of mustahik in Cianjur Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach. The results of the research, namely the strategy for utilizing Productive Zakat, BAZNAS, have implemented a strategy for utilizing productive zakat by directing assistance to programs that increase the economic capacity of mustahik (zakat recipients). In BAZNAS Cianjur Regency, the use of productive zakat has shown a positive impact on reducing poverty levels and improving the economic conditions of mustahik.

PERAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL DALAM PENGHIMPUNAN DAN PENDISTRIBUSIAN ZAKAT (STUDI KASUS DI BAZNAS KABUPATEN CIANJUR)

This study aims to identify and analyze the role of digital technology in the collection and distribution of zakat at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Cianjur Regency. In today's digital era, technology has become a crucial element influencing various aspects of life, including zakat management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with BAZNAS staff, zakat payers (muzaki), and zakat recipients (mustahik), as well as through direct observation and analysis of related documents.

The study found that digital technology has significantly contributed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of zakat collection. However, it also revealed several challenges faced by BAZNAS in implementing digital technology, such as limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy among the community, and data security challenges. Despite these challenges, BAZNAS has made various efforts to overcome them, including enhancing infrastructure, conducting digital education programs, and strengthening data security systems.

The conclusion of this study is that digital technology has great potential to improve zakat management, but its success depends on BAZNAS's ability to address existing challenges and implement technology inclusively and sustainably. The study recommends that BAZNAS continue to develop and optimize the use of digital technology to enhance the performance of zakat collection and distribution, as well as expand the accessibility of zakat services to all levels of society.
