This study aims to describe the development strategy of school cooperatives in improving students' economic knowledge at MTsN 4 Bogor. School cooperatives play an important role as practical economic learning media, but face internal and external challenges such as limited resources and competition from local traders. This qualitative case study collected data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The Miles and Huberman model was used for data analysis, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that effective cooperative development strategies include transparent financial management, diversification of business activities, enhancement of human resource competence, digitalization of services, and continuous training. Internal constraints involve late installment payments by members, while external challenges relate to competitive market conditions. Recommendations include fostering innovation, strengthening collaboration between teachers and cooperative managers, and aligning all practices with sharia principles.
